Your new impact windows and doors are a significant investment, but installation can make or break a product, and void the manufacturer’s warranty. At Vista, we don’t cut corners, because living in South Florida, your safety depends on us performing the highest quality installation possible. Our factory trained and certified installers follow manufacturer installation standards and use only quality tools and materials to ensure every task they perform in your home is precise, and that the project meets or exceeds your expectations…and Florida’s building code. You can bet that all our work is perfectly plumb, level, true and square. With Vista’s professional installation and your new impact windows and doors, you can view your natural surroundings, knowing that nothing can enter your home unless you invite it inside.
Because we specialize, we can manage all phases of your project, from start to finish. First we educate and guide you so you can select the products that best suit your needs, budget and personal taste. Then we consider the location and orientation of your home and submit the data to a structural engineer who calculates design pressures and certifies each and every one of our projects. We also provide window and door elevations and undertake all aspects of permit processing and expediting.
Before ordering your windows and doors, rest assured that Vista will evaluate the products you choose rigorously to make sure it’s the right choice for you. Your windows and doors are ordered only after a structural engineer and the municipality issuing the permit has approved them. As a Certified General Contractor, Vista is in the unique position to alter the size of window or door openings and reinforce them to meet the building code, something your regular window installers can’t, or aren’t licensed to do. It is no accident that Vista installed windows and doors work effortlessly for the life of the products.
We offer only code-approved impact products built by reputable manufacturers who warranty their windows and doors. In the unlikely event that there is an issue, Vista stands behind their workmanship, and our own in-house field service representative will address and correct any problems. We take special care that your windows and doors look great, operate smoothly and that their performance meets Dade County code, one of the most stringent in the country.
Vista White Glove Care & Service
Living around any type of construction can be difficult and unpleasant: furnishings must be moved, drapes removed, dust flies everywhere and workers tromp through your house carrying tools and heavy windows and doors. Homeowners cringe with fear that their floors or belongings may be damaged in the process. Vista makes every effort for your construction experience to be as brief and safe as possible. We maintain a clean, safe worksite! Where required, Vista protects your floors with heavy-duty, flex-fiber reinforced cardboard rolls and adds a layer of masonite sheets over heavily trafficked areas. These measures prevent a dropped hammer from damaging marble or wood flooring. Your furniture and ceiling fans will also be covered in plastic, and temporary dust barriers erected to minimize the dust exposure and post-job cleanup. When Vista is done, your windows and doors will shine.
